Custom Items

All products that can be customized or personalized can be done on their own respective product page.

A 50% deposit is required to begin your order and move into the design and production process.
 Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun on the custom order.

Processing times for any order is about 7 to 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) since everything is made to order.
 
For Group & Wholesale orders, processing time would be 3 - 4 weeks.

All products are made to order. Current processing time for orders is 7 to 14 days plus shipping times.
 

Shipping & Processing Times

Products on my site are made to order, so once the order is placed and paid for it will take 7 to 14 business days* to make (process). After the order has been made, it will be shipped. 
 
Shipping in the US takes anywhere from 3 to 5 days. Please know these processing and shipping times differ for custom made items. In addition, I try to get items out before the 7th day and ship once it is completed. :)
 
Please note that processing and shipping times vary for large custom orders and during the holiday seasons.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is offered only to established Hoppy Place Boutique customers and approved school, team, and group orders. Local pickup is not available for general online orders.

SCHOOL & GROUP ORDERS
Select school, team, and group orders may be delivered to a designated school or group location. For some group sales, customers may place and pay for their orders individually through our website and receive their order through the group's designated distribution location. Instructions will be provided specifically for each participating group.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Residential delivery is not offered. Orders that are not part of an approved local pickup or school/group arrangement will be shipped.
