PROCESSING TIME

Most Hoppy Place Boutique items are made to order or prepared specifically for your order. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for processing unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Ready-to-ship items may be processed sooner. Custom, personalized, pre-order, spirit wear, and group orders may have different processing timelines. Any special turnaround time will be noted on the product page or communicated when your order is placed.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order and does not include shipping/transit time.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Standard U.S. shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days after your order has shipped. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Hoppy Place Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the shipment and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

LOCAL DELIVERY & PICKUP

When local delivery or pickup is available, eligibility and instructions will be provided during checkout or communicated with your order. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before attempting to pick it up.

CUSTOM, PRE-ORDER & GROUP ORDERS

Custom, personalized, pre-order, spirit wear, and group/wholesale orders may have processing and delivery timelines that differ from our standard shipping estimates. Please refer to the specific product listing or order agreement for applicable deadlines and estimated completion dates.
