Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before production or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has entered production, been personalized, prepared for fulfillment, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, pre-order, spirit wear, and group/wholesale orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. Because many of these items are created specifically for your order, please carefully review all sizes, colors, quantities, personalization, and other selections before completing your purchase.

Hoppy Place Boutique does not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.
